#TakeTheActivePledge is a pledge to get active! Commit to a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity each and every day.
For some, this may seem like a goal on the easier side. Many Canadians are still not getting this minimum amount of physical activity.
Help us get another 100 people in the Okanagan more active and living a healthier lifestyle (30+ more minutes per day of physical activity).
