Have one of Okanagan Elite Athlete's dynamic and experienced team members speak at your upcoming event!
Please submit your speaker/appearance request to the Okanagan Elite Athlete Community Relations team, at least 30 days prior to your event. Providing your request 30 days prior does not guarantee we will be able to provide one of Okanagan Elite Athlete's coaches, trainers, athletes, or managers for your event. If your event/activity/request is less than 30 days prior to the event, please still submit your request. We will work as hard as possible to find a member of the Okanagan Elite Athlete community available to participate in your event.

Please note, Okanagan Elite Athlete reserves the right to decline any request for any reason. At this time, we cannot provide donations/sponsorship/financial support-type requests. When possible, the Community Relations team will work to notify the requesting organization why the request was declined. For some requests, this is completely outside the control of Okanagan Elite Athlete (e.g., all speakers are booked, too far for travel, too short of lead time, etc). We also reserve the right to send any member of our community, and may substitute speakers with little notice (again, usually due to reasons outside our control). Some of our staff live on other continents, or travel overseas to work on projects, therefore we may have no staff available for your event. Okanagan Elite Athlete's Global Marketing Manager is the official spokesperson for Okanagan Elite Athlete and all our programs, staff, trainers, coaches, volunteers, and athletes. Therefore we ask that if you are looking for an official position of our organization, please contact our Global Marketing Manager.

In most circumstances, a decline is usually for reasons outside our control. We enjoy participating in events around the communities where we work, live, play, train, and compete; thus we work hard to participate in as many events as possible.
