try a new sport day
A day to encourage Canada and Canadians to reflect on what sports they participate in on a regular basis, if any, and to encourage regular and continual learning, experimenting, and reflection.
Try a New Sport Day is an opportunity for individuals of all age, gender, skill level, previous sporting experience, and ability to try a variety of new sports. From sports of the desert people of the Sahara Desert to games from Canada's Aboriginal peoples to more popular sports, Try a New Sport Day provides a safe environment to try something new and fun.
Join the Okanagan Elite Athlete community and the sport4one team in a day of fun, celebration, and learning! Check back in early 2015 for the date, location, and to register.
